Confidential Peer Support Group

This group is free & offered one 2 hour evening per week for eight weeks duration in Ellsworth and Machias.

• Some people experience memories that interfere with their lives. 

• Some question their ability to set healthy boundaries. 
• Some have night dreams and day dreams that disrupt their state of mind. 
• Some want to offer the support and acceptance that was so crucial to their own healing. 
• Some just want to understand.
